Our Delivery Service

The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receipt, although some orders can take 3-5 business days to deliver, depending if your location is metro, rural or remote. The majority of goods are sent via off-peak ground or express services, based on the final destination. Specialist carriers are used depending on your shipping address and postcode entered.

We have successfully negotiated aggressive shipping rates for you with many well-known and reputable carriers and that saving is passed directly on to you. Sometimes multiple carriers are required to facilitate the delivery of an order, especially if it has a variety of small and large items on it. This is ultimately so we can provide you with the best possible service, to keep our costs to a minimum when shipping large or otherwise bulky items, and to ensure your order is packaged and transported in the best possible way so that it arrives to you in perfect condition, as some forms of transport are not suited to some items we sell.

Delivery is charged per order, based on location and weight. During checkout you will need to select how your order is carried and shipped, please select the area that best corresponds to your delivery address.

(In all cases this is an estimate. We use cubic weight of the order and the postcode entered to calculate this amount. If the true freight cost differs from this you will be contacted and additional freight charges may apply)**

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if the incorrect region was selected, or if you live in a remote area where additional charges are incurred by us. (Most of NT, WA and TAS are classed as remote by the freight companies we use)

Additionally, we advice on the cart that we do not ship to PO Boxes if you’ve selected Capital or Toll IPEC. You will receive a phone call and be charged extra if you have entered a PO Box for a delivery via Capital Transport and/or Toll IPEC.

In all cases where there may be additional shipping charges we will contact you directly prior to the order being manifested and/or shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they can accept all deliveries and provide a signature as proof of delivery if required. (An ATL – Authority to Leave – will require a delivery note added to your order prior to finalising Checkout). Or in the case of Australia Post, you’ve selected the delivery with ATL.

Re-delivery will incur an additional charge, and is the customer’s responsibility.

In regards to special shipping instructions, we will pass this information to the carrier used, however, no assurance is given as to whether the instructions are met. You will receive a phone call to arrange delivery and you can discuss the delivery arrangements directly with them on that call.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they can accept all deliveries in regards to the unloading of large and bulky items, otherwise a return fee may be charged.

Please also understand that some residences are located in hard to reach places, like alley ways, upstairs, up or down long steep driveways. We do not expect our delivery drivers to deliver your goods into buildings, you will need to be there to receive the goods if you are located at one of the hard to reach properties.
